After The Storm
This series came about as I marvelled at the incredible hues of grey before,
during, and after storms here on the Saanich Peninsula. Add in a sunset at
Pat Bay and the WOW factor is a given. Such beauty to behold! I am a process driven artist. I work intuitively for the most part. The act of gestural mark-making, wiping away, adding, and scraping, along with using bold colour, gives me such satisfaction in creating my pieces.
